Over the past decade, Lionel has transformed the Clarendon Country Pub & Rooms from a modest pub into one of Yorkshire’s premier dining establishments. Nestled in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, just steps from the River Wharfe, the Clarendon reflects his unwavering commitment to local produce and sustainability.
